The In Home Senior Fitness Program

In Home Senior Fitness works with clients to enhance their quality of life by improving mobility, flexibility and agility – all in the comfort of one’s own home. Our therapists are certified personal trainers who are accustomed to working with seniors.

They will assess your fitness level and history, and develop sessions that are safe, effective, and FUN! They will help you stick to a routine so that you gain the most from your sessions.

Work with your trainer to develop a program that addresses the symptoms and side effects of chronic conditions, including diabetes, osteoporosis, asthma, dementia, and depression, among others.
